- Refunds are available only if no work has been initiated.
- If work has begun (strategy, audit, content, ads, etc.), refunds cannot be issued.
2. Subscription Plans
For monthly or yearly plans:
- You may cancel anytime.
- Refunds are not offered for partially used months.
- Future billing cycles will be stopped immediately.
3. One-Time Services
For one-time digital services (audit, setup, consultation):
- Refunds are allowed within 24 hours if no work has started.
- After work begins, the service becomes non-refundable.
